Open Positions:

1. Bartenders

• Prepare and serve drinks professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Engage with customers and recommend drinks based on preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

2. Waiters/Waitresses

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take and serve orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle payments and process transactions.

3. Mixologists

• Craft signature cocktails and beverages.
• Experiment with new drink recipes.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure quality control.
• Deliver a top-tier bar experience to customers.

4. Cashiers

• Handle customer transactions accurately.
• Process payments via cash, credit card, or mobile payments.
• Maintain proper financial records.
• Assist with inquiries related to billing.

5. Supervisors

• Oversee staff performance and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory and stock control.
• Train new staff members.

6. Stewards

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the lounge.
• Ensure all dishes and glassware are cleaned properly.
• Help with kitchen duties when required.
• Support other team members in maintaining hygiene standards.

7. Hostesses

• Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Provide information about the menu and promotions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.

8. Lounge Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the lounge.
• Manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensure adherence to licensing and safety regulations.

9. Accountant

• Maintain financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Handle payroll and tax calculations.
• Ensure financial compliance with company policies.

10. Storekeeper

• Maintain inventory and track stock levels.
• Receive and inspect deliveries.
• Organize storage areas for easy accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with stock management procedures.

11. Procurement Officer

• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain purchase records and supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality.

12. DJ

• Provide quality entertainment and music selection.
• Engage with guests and create a lively atmosphere.
• Manage sound equipment and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with event organizers for special nights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bartenders, Mixologists, Waiters/Waitresses, Cashiers, Hostesses, and DJs: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Supervisors and Lounge Manager: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Accountant: A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Storekeeper & Procurement Officer: Experience in inventory management and procurement processes is required.
• Stewards: No formal education is needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
