KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Respond to customer inquiries and address any complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Process customer payments and provide receipts as required.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
Comply with all health and safety regulations set for the hospitality industry.
Assist in setting up and closing down dining areas as per operational requirements.
Suggest menu items and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
Monitor stock levels of essential supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe food-handling environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling procedures.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
