KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interns at EABL will be assigned specific responsibilities depending on their field of study and the department they are placed in. General responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in daily operations and project work within assigned departments.
- Collaborating with different teams to support ongoing business initiatives.
- Conducting research, data analysis, and report writing as required.
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization tasks.
- Supporting various administrative functions in the department.
- Attending mentorship and career development sessions.
- Contributing to creative problem-solving discussions.
- Working on assigned projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
To be considered for the EABL Internship Program 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be a 3rd-year or final-year student in a recognized public or accredited private university.
- Must be on a study break or holiday during the internship period.
- Must possess a letter from the institution confirming student status and internship necessity.
- Must have a Personal Accident Insurance Cover for the internship duration.
- Must provide a copy of the National Identity Card.
- Must submit bank account details for stipend processing.
- Must have an NSSF and SHA number.
