Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and be involved in the following key areas:

Crop Production & Agronomy – Learn modern farming techniques, crop management, and sustainable growing practices.
Packhouse Operations – Understand sorting, grading, and packaging processes to ensure high-quality export standards.
Post-Harvest Management – Gain insight into food preservation, quality control, and logistics.
Quality & Food Safety Compliance – Work with international food safety standards such as Global GAP, BRC, and HACCP.
Research & Development – Participate in agricultural innovation projects and process optimization.
Data Collection & Reporting – Assist in monitoring farm productivity, disease control, and climate impact.

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Food Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in agriculture, farming, and food production.
Excellent research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and results-oriented.
