KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Conversion: Drive sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Database Accuracy: Maintain and update customer records, sales progress reports, and CRM systems to track interactions effectively.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective communication and persuasion.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Adopt a customer-first approach to enhance experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Call Analysis: Monitor dropped calls and develop strategies to improve customer interaction efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align business goals and enhance service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent prioritization and time management for handling multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive customer data.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for managing sales processes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced setting.
