KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, online platforms, and in person.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product usage, account details, and service availability.
  • Take full ownership of customer complaints and ensure swift resolution to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Process customer applications, orders, and requests efficiently.
  • Document and analyze customer credit and product usage data in daily reports.
  • Conduct proactive customer follow-ups to ensure product satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Identify and report system-related incidents to the technical team and management.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize customer service operations and improve business processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule technician visits and sales representative engagements as required.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including overnight shifts, to provide 24-hour customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and CRM systems for customer data management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong telephone and in-person communication abilities.
  • Customer Handling: Friendly, professional, and patient with the ability to handle stressful customer situations.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen ability to document and manage customer records accurately.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kiswahili to serve diverse customer needs.
