Key Responsibilities
Execution Excellence
- Develop and implement customized sales plans to achieve brand, volume, and promotional objectives.
- Identify and execute everyday minimum execution standards for customers and retail outlets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Apply persuasive selling techniques to maximize distribution and sales growth.
- Ensure alignment with Diageo’s commercial strategy, optimizing financial levers and profitability.
- Maintain strong distributor relationships to ensure consistent product availability and market penetration.
Controls & Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, global standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.
- Maintain detailed sales reports, tracking execution metrics and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, analytics, or field sales roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an understanding of profitability levers.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
