KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Store Operations: Oversee daily retail activities to ensure smooth store functioning and optimal customer experience.
Maximize Sales and Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain financial targets.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers regularly to understand preferences and enhance service quality.
Team Management & Development: Train, develop, and retain a high-performing team, securing second-line leadership.
Stock Management & Shrinkage Control: Monitor inventory, minimize stock losses, and prevent wastage.
Marketing & Digital Integration: Ensure the execution of marketing, digital, and promotional activities in-store.
Progressive Maintenance & Asset Management: Maintain store assets and ensure the facility remains in top condition.
Omnichannel Retail Mindset: Align store operations with both online and offline shopping experiences for customers.
Problem Solving & Decision Making: Use analytical thinking to identify store challenges and implement practical solutions.
Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to store policies, industry regulations, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, with at least 5+ years in a retail business.
Strong leadership and team management skills to drive store operations effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage customers and manage employees.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of stock management and waste reduction strategies.
Ability to handle digital transformation and e-commerce integrations in store operations.
