KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vacancy 1: Graphic Design Associate

Location: Nairobi | Department: Business Operations, Creative & Digital

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital graphics for social media, websites, and applications.
Create compelling visual content including banners, advertisements, and product illustrations.
Maintain a cohesive brand identity through digital platforms by following set guidelines.
Liaise with regional and global creative teams to adapt centralized campaigns for the local market.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility for all graphic elements and optimize for mobile responsiveness.
Stay updated on competitor trends to ensure visual content remains modern and appealing.

Vacancy 2: Store Manager – Express Supermarket

Location: Nairobi | Department: Sales, Service & Store Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales and services.
Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and development, maintaining high levels of morale and performance.
Ensure accurate stock management, loss prevention, and inventory optimization.
Implement omnichannel strategies, including click-and-collect, online-to-offline fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer experience, and store profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Vacancy 3: Commercial Associate – Non Food

Location: Nairobi | Department: Business Operations, Procurement & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sourcing function with research and data collection from internal and external sources.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring procurement activities run smoothly.
Work closely with content teams to ensure products are updated with relevant data and imagery.
Keep accurate records of transactions, supplier agreements, and reports in the ERP system.
Coordinate meeting logistics, schedules, and administrative functions for the sourcing team.

Vacancy 4: Commercial Associate – FMCG

Location: Nairobi | Department: Business Operations, Procurement & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Track market trends and help optimize pricing strategies and procurement planning.
Collaborate with Sales and Sourcing teams to keep FMCG stock replenished based on demand forecasting.
Update and maintain internal systems with accurate product content, pricing, and vendor data.
Facilitate communication between departments for timely procurement and deliveries.
Contribute to supplier evaluations and support new product onboarding processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Graphic Design Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in web/digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of UX/UI, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
Portfolio demonstrating digital content creation for web and mobile platforms.

Store Manager – Express Supermarket

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years in retail, with 5 years in a leadership role.
Excellent team leadership, sales management, and problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of inventory, merchandising, customer experience, and store operations.
Track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets.

Commercial Associate – Non Food

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in a merchandising or procurement function.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and supplier relationship management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.

Commercial Associate – FMCG

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.
2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or retail sector.
Solid grasp of stock movement, category performance, and procurement workflows.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data analytics tools, and sourcing systems.
Capable of handling tight deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
