KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Content Creation – Develop captivating social media posts, reels, and videos for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Campaign Execution – Assist in developing, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance audience interaction.

Trend Monitoring – Research and incorporate the latest social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to boost engagement.

Video Editing & Multimedia Creation – Edit and create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and brand visuals.

Performance Analytics – Track engagement metrics, monitor campaign performance, and recommend optimizations.

Influencer Collaboration – Work with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.

Scheduling & Planning – Maintain a content calendar and coordinate social media posting schedules.

Basic Graphic Design (Added Advantage) – Assist in creating visual assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
To qualify for this role, you must have:

Social Media Proficiency – Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Strong Communication & Writing Skills – Ability to craft engaging captions, posts, and video descriptions.

Creativity & Innovation – Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, original content.

Basic Video Editing Skills – Ability to create Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form digital content.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing – Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization strategies.

Time Management & Organization – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Background – Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Digital Marketing, Communications, or at least 3 months of social media marketing experience.

Graphic Design Skills (Added Advantage) – Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
