MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year of work experience in consulting, tech, mobility, finance, operations, or other fast-paced sectors
• Demonstrated history of taking initiative, ownership, and problem-solving
• Effective communicator with exceptional writing and speaking skills
• Team player with high EQ and positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or startup tools (Slack, Trello, Notion)
• Proactive, curious, and humble enough to say: “I don’t know—but I’ll find out!”
