We are currently seeking qualified and committed individuals to fill several key roles in our Nairobi, Kakamega, and Sagana locations. Each role is essential to our mission and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of thousands of smallholder farmers.

1. Tupande Warehouse Compliance Coordinator (Fixed-Term) – Nairobi or Kakamega

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory management practices and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company protocols.
  • Train warehouse staff on compliance standards and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports and address any identified discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in warehouse compliance, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce actionable reports.
  • Familiarity with compliance audits and regulatory requirements.

2. Tupande Boiler Technician (Fixed-Term) – Sagana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler systems at the production facility.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure boilers operate safely and efficiently.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and address boiler malfunctions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of boiler performance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification or diploma in boiler operations or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience operating industrial boilers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance protocols.

3. Tupande Forklift Operator (Fixed-Term) – Sagana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse and production areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating machinery.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid forklift operator certification.
