INTRODUCTION
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), as part of its support for the Government of Kenya’s Youth Empowerment and Skills Development Initiative, is pleased to invite applications for its May to July 2025 Industrial Attachment Programme.
This three-month program is a structured opportunity designed to equip continuing undergraduate and diploma students with hands-on professional experience in various departments at KRA. The initiative is part of KRA’s broader commitment to nurturing Kenya’s next generation of professionals by bridging the gap between academic study and the world of work.

ABOUT THE KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY (KRA)
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament to collect revenue on behalf of the Government of Kenya. Its mission is to build trust through facilitation so as to foster compliance with tax and customs laws.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ATTACHMENT PROGRAMME
The KRA Industrial Attachment Programme is designed to:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet all the following minimum qualifications:
1. Nationality and Age Requirements

Must be a Kenyan Citizen
-
Aged between 18 and 35 years at the time of application
2. Academic Status
-
Be a continuing student pursuing a first degree (Undergraduate) in their 3rd, 4th, or final year of study
OR -
Be a Diploma student in their final year from a recognized institution of higher learning in Kenya
3. Institutional Endorsement
-
Must possess a valid introduction letter from their college or university confirming their status and requesting industrial attachment placement

Must be officially registered for the Industrial Attachment Unit at their institution
4. Commitment
-
Must be available on a full-time basis for the entire duration of the program (May to July 2025)
-
Should demonstrate readiness to follow KRA’s internal rules, conduct codes, and protocols throughout the program
