Key Responsibilities:

As a Global Graduate in HR, you will be actively involved in various HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive organizational success.
  • HR Business Partnering – Working closely with different business units to support workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
  • Performance & Change Management – Implementing initiatives to improve employee performance, retention, and organizational change processes.
  • Talent & Leadership Development – Assisting in training and development programs that prepare employees for leadership roles.
  • HR Analytics – Utilizing data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – Promoting a positive work culture through engagement programs and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Understanding competitive reward structures to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

To qualify for this prestigious Global Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s, Honours, or Master’s degree obtained within the last 3 years in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR or business-related roles.
  • A strong desire to pursue an international career in HR.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong intercultural competencies, ideally with previous international exposure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
  • Flexibility for national and international mobility.
