KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop high-quality visual content, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling visual concepts aligned with CIFOR-ICRAF’s branding.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content, including video editing and animations as required.
  • Prepare files for print production and ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications.
  • Research and integrate the latest design trends to enhance the impact of CIFOR-ICRAF’s communication materials.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design. Internship experience may be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Creative Abilities: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling materials.
  • Project Management: Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in visual communication and alignment with organizational branding.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt designs to suit various formats and media requirements.
