Key Responsibilities

As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering professional training programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive training materials such as manuals, presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises.
• Designing and facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Customizing training programs to meet the specific needs of organizations and professionals.
• Providing expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends.
• Incorporating practical case studies and real-world applications into training sessions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback.
• Staying updated on emerging trends and integrating new developments into training content.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Experience in customizing training sessions to suit different professional needs.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences and communicate complex concepts effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Readily available for training and consultancy engagements on a flexible schedule.

Mode of Engagement
