KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Here is an overview of the key responsibilities for each of the roles:

1 .Assistant Manager – Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the business.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and close partnership deals.
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership alignment.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

2. Digital Sales Officer:

  • Drive the digital sales strategy across online platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through digital channels.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Track and analyze digital sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective online marketing content.

3. Relationship Manager, Corporate Retention:

  • Manage and retain corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and upsell additional products and services.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and address any concerns or issues.

4. Credit Control Officer:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable for the business.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums and payments from clients.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
  • Report on outstanding debts and take necessary actions to recover payments.

5. Business Development Officer – Emerging Market:

  • Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer base.
  • Establish relationships with new clients and partners.
  • Support the overall business development strategy by researching new sectors.

6. Manager – International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI):

  • Manage and develop the international private medical insurance portfolio.
  • Build relationships with international clients to drive sales.
  • Ensure that insurance products meet the needs of customers across various regions.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Business Development Officer – Pensions:

  • Promote and sell pension products to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify and create opportunities for pension plan adoption.
  • Provide advisory services on pension planning and management.

8. Officer – Premium Administration (Check Off):

  • Oversee the premium administration process for policies.
  • Ensure that premium payments are processed accurately and timely.
  • Handle queries related to premium payment schedules and account statuses.

9. Head of Marketing:

  • Lead the marketing strategy for the organization.
  • Oversee branding, public relations, and promotional efforts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Each role has specific qualifications and skills. The general qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, etc.).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
