Human Resources Department Roles

1. Human Resources & Administration Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and labor compliance.

  • Advise leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and legal compliance.

  • Drive talent retention strategies and foster a positive workplace culture.

2. Senior Human Resources Officer

  • Handle staff placement, promotions, transfers, discipline, and welfare.

  • Prepare HR budgets and personnel emoluments.

  • Ensure optimal staffing and compliance with quality management standards.

3. Human Resources Officer II

  • Facilitate recruitment, appointments, and employee welfare programs.

  • Interpret and update HR policies in collaboration with department heads.

  • Support development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.


Supply Chain Management Roles

4. Supply Chain Manager

  • Coordinate procurement and disposal processes as per Public Procurement laws.

  • Advise leadership on procurement strategies and manage procurement committees.

  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies.

5. Supply Chain Management Officer I

  • Plan and coordinate procurement services, prepare supply estimates, enforce government procurement regulations, and train procurement staff.

6. Supply Chain Management Officer III

  • Assist with procurement activities, market research, disposal of stores, and preparation of periodic procurement reports.


Finance Department Roles

7. Senior Finance Officer

  • Coordinate preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.

8. Senior Accountant

  • Supervise accounting functions including cashbooks, ledgers, vote books, and payroll processing.

Audit and Governance Role

11. Internal Audit Manager
