KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Given the diversity of roles, key responsibilities are grouped by department:

Human Resources Department Roles

1. Human Resources & Administration Manager

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and labor compliance.
Advise leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and legal compliance.
Drive talent retention strategies and foster a positive workplace culture.

2. Senior Human Resources Officer

Handle staff placement, promotions, transfers, discipline, and welfare.
Prepare HR budgets and personnel emoluments.
Ensure optimal staffing and compliance with quality management standards.

3. Human Resources Officer II

Facilitate recruitment, appointments, and employee welfare programs.
Interpret and update HR policies in collaboration with department heads.
Support development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.

Supply Chain Management Roles

4. Supply Chain Manager

Coordinate procurement and disposal processes as per Public Procurement laws.
Advise leadership on procurement strategies and manage procurement committees.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies.

5. Supply Chain Management Officer I

Plan and coordinate procurement services, prepare supply estimates, enforce government procurement regulations, and train procurement staff.

6. Supply Chain Management Officer III

Assist with procurement activities, market research, disposal of stores, and preparation of periodic procurement reports.

Finance Department Roles

7. Senior Finance Officer

Coordinate preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
Assist with budget preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily financial operations and provide strategic financial analysis.

8. Senior Accountant

Supervise accounting functions including cashbooks, ledgers, vote books, and payroll processing.
Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure audit readiness.

Security Department Roles

9. Security Officer II

Maintain records of incidents, manage emergency procedures, liaise with security agencies, and ensure staff safety.

10. Security Officer III

Assist in managing security operations, enforce discipline, crowd control, and support emergency responses.

Audit and Governance Role

11. Internal Audit Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
