Key Responsibilities

1. Waitresses

  • Welcome and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

2. Storekeeper

  • Manage and oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Perform regular stock counts and generate inventory reports.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and label items for easy retrieval and efficient stock management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory needs.
  • Maintain records of stock movements and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Supervisors

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Monitor customer service standards and address any issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Report directly to the management team with updates and insights.

Qualifications and Skills

For Waitresses

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

For Storekeeper

  • Diploma in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

For Supervisors

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
