Open Positions

1. Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests professionally.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure prompt service and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Upsell food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process payments and maintain proper billing records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (Current).
  • Updated CV, cover letter, and supporting documents.
  • Recommendation letter from previous employer or local chief.
  • A colored passport-size photograph.

2. Cook

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of local and international cuisines according to the menu.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and consistently.
  • Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food preparation efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.
  • Keep track of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Follow standard recipes and cooking techniques to maintain menu consistency.
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative dish ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet high culinary standards.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (Current).
  • Updated CV, cover letter, and supporting documents.
  • Recommendation letter from previous employer or local chief.
  • A colored passport-size photograph.

3. Porter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with luggage handling and room service.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area.
  • Help guests with transportation arrangements when required.
  • Deliver messages and other items to guest rooms promptly.
  • Ensure the security of guest belongings and maintain professional conduct.
  • Work closely with front desk and housekeeping teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a porter in a hotel or resort.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to handle guests’ requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (Current).
  • Updated CV, cover letter, and supporting documents.
  • Recommendation letter from previous employer or local chief.
  • A colored passport-size photograph.
