KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain security and safety at assigned locations.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor premises.
• Enforce access control and verify personnel entering premises.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV monitoring.
• Report suspicious activities and prepare incident reports.
• Provide customer service while maintaining security standards.
• Follow Wells Fargo’s security protocols and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Kenyan citizen with a valid National ID.
• Must be between 22 – 40 years old.
• Must have a KCSE certificate (Minimum Grade D+).
• Meet the minimum height requirement:
  • Men: 5’10” (178 cm)
  • Women: 5’6″ (167 cm)
• Possess a valid Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months).
• Physically fit and capable of handling security duties.
• Additional security certifications (optional but an advantage).
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• High levels of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
