KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Executive at Yocean Group, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Identifying and engaging potential clients in industries requiring power solutions, including construction, industrial sectors, and commercial enterprises.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Providing expert technical advice on transformers, meters, and solar systems to potential buyers.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals that align with the company’s pricing and service strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reports for review by management.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed about the latest developments in the energy sector.
- Developing proposals and presentations that communicate the value of Yocean Group’s energy solutions effectively.
- Working with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services for clients.
- Providing after-sales support to clients and ensuring product satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
In this role, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and continuously improve your industry knowledge to remain competitive in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the energy, electrical, or solar power industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in transformers, meters, and solar systems.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close high-value deals.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an added advantage.
- A degree or diploma in sales, marketing, business administration, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience working in B2B sales is an advantage.
