As a Digital Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, retention, and conversion across Jubilee’s life insurance and pension product lines. You will work across multiple digital platforms, utilizing your skills in CRM, online engagement, and sales execution to meet and exceed strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Digital Client Engagement

Proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospects through digital channels including email, social media platforms, live chat, virtual meetings, and webinars.

Guide prospects through the entire digital journey — from initial lead capture to policy purchase, ensuring a smooth and informative user experience.

Digital Sales Execution and Client Onboarding
-
Convert inbound digital inquiries into successful sales, tailoring life insurance and pension solutions to individual customer needs.

Clearly explain complex insurance concepts using customer-friendly language, breaking down product benefits and pricing transparently.

Customer Service and Retention

Address customer queries and objections promptly via online platforms, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

Manage policy renewals, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintain regular digital engagement with existing clients.

CRM and Sales Tracking

Maintain accurate, real-time customer records and sales activity logs within the CRM system.

Generate daily reports on client interactions, lead conversions, and digital sales metrics.

Utilize CRM tools to automate follow-ups, schedule reminders, and build long-term customer relationships.

Collaboration and Campaign Enhancement

Work closely with the marketing team to provide customer feedback and suggestions that improve digital campaign performance.

Support ongoing product promotions by creating personalized offers or messaging sequences in line with marketing themes.

Training and Knowledge Building

Attend scheduled training programs to stay updated on new product offerings, digital selling techniques, and regulatory frameworks.

Actively contribute to sales team meetings, sharing insights on best practices and customer feedback.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those related to digital transactions and insurance distribution.

Adhere to data protection laws, safeguarding customer privacy and information integrity across all platforms.

Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and professionalism when engaging with clients online.

Report suspicious activities, complaints, or risks promptly to your line manager or the compliance department.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Academic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional Experience
-
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, digital sales role, or e-commerce environment.

Demonstrated ability to convert digital leads into successful sales.
-
Prior experience in life insurance, pensions, or the financial services sector is a strong advantage.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Professional Certification in Digital Marketing, Digital Sales, or eCommerce.
-
Executive Certificate of Proficiency (ECOP) in Insurance is a plus.
