Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience
- Advocate for the Front of House (FOH) team welfare to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all guest interactions meet or exceed expectations.
2. Food Safety & Quality
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure only high-quality products are served.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain consistent delivery standards.
3. Team Management
- Evaluate team performance by reviewing sales and service metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement actionable plans to drive continuous improvement.
4. Standards Compliance
- Monitor Back of House (BOH) operations to ensure adherence to set quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless operation.
5. Driving Branch Business
- Partner with the Branch Manager to achieve budgeted profit goals.
- Implement strategic plans aligned with the BOH budget and overall branch objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
- Additional qualification in Food Production is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and experience with restaurant ERP systems such as POS or GAAP.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of administrative work and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
