In this role, you will ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations: Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and collect feedback to enhance guest experience.
- Reservation Management: Maintain accurate reservation records, oversee booking modifications, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Customer Service & Communication: Handle guest and homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Address concerns, special requests, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Upselling & Additional Services: Promote YourHost’s additional services, such as laundry, airport transfers, and pantry restocking, to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
- Property & Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and directing potential property owners to the Business Development team, supporting YourHost’s growth initiatives.
- Key & Security Management: Oversee key card issuance, retrieval, and security measures to maintain guest safety and privacy.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback & Quality Assurance: Gather and analyze guest feedback to recommend service improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with property management software and reservation systems is a plus.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, homeowners, and internal teams effectively.
- Organizational Abilities: Ability to multitask and manage multiple reservations, inquiries, and guest interactions seamlessly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential guest information securely, and ensure service consistency.
