VACANCY 1: SAHL COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all Islamic Banking (Sahl) operations within KCB Group are in full compliance with internal policies, Shari’ah principles, and operational risk standards. The position safeguards process uniformity and service delivery excellence across all Islamic banking activities while identifying operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and evaluate operational processes within Islamic banking to ensure alignment with both Shari’ah law and KCB’s internal procedures

Coordinate compliance assessments and audits for Sahl banking services

Identify process risks and recommend control mechanisms

Ensure documentation, transactions, and service flows meet regulatory and Shari’ah guidelines

Collaborate with internal departments to embed compliance across systems and workflows

VACANCY 2: SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
