We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Light Cargo Sales Manager to lead and drive our light cargo sanitary ware team. Keda (Kenya) Ceramics Company Ltd is the largest ceramic tile manufacturing company in Kenya, located along Namanga Road, 6 km from Kajiado town. Specializing in ceramic tile production, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry by ensuring high-quality products, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Light Cargo Sales Manager to strengthen our market presence and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in policy formulation to streamline operations and enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement effective team strategies to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Improve team training programs, ensuring continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
• Organize bi-monthly department meetings, ensuring they are held on time and add value to team objectives.
• Monitor and report team performance to senior management, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by company leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and market best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and drive performance.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and regulations without any disciplinary violations.
