Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direct supervision of the Pension Officer, assist in matters of Pension Administrations.

  • Process death in service and death in retirement benefits.

  • Process requests for funds from the Orphan Trustee Program (OTP).

  • Capture and update member records and data, including details from Nomination of Beneficiaries Forms.

  • Handle withdrawal benefits for resignations, dismissals, terminations, deferred cases, and retirees.

  • Print and issue member benefits statements.

  • Maintain accurate filing of members’ records.

  • Prepare member education materials to enhance awareness of pension benefits.
