KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management

  • Collect, compile, and manage HR data from various sources, including SuccessFactors (SF) and payroll systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation to support HR operations.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for HR and organizational leaders.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR performance.

System Administration

  • Administer and maintain HR systems, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless HR system operations.
  • Conduct system audits to verify compliance and data accuracy.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
  • Recommend and implement changes to HR systems and processes to streamline workflow.
  • Support automation initiatives using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and Excel tools.

HR Administration

  • Assist in managing the employee Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) in various HR activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

General Skills Required

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • Adaptability to evolving technology and organizational requirements.

Functional Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret HR data effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records.

Education & Technical Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerApps, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors (SF) and HR data management systems.
