KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualize, design, and produce promotional materials for websites, applications, and social media platforms.
Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and product illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.
Create design concepts and sample layouts that enhance user experience and engagement.
Supervise advertising and digital campaigns, staying updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
Liaise with Corporate Onsite Marketing and Creative Teams to ensure best practices and new product features are implemented effectively.
Determine the size, arrangement, and typography of illustrative materials and copy.
Ensure all artwork specifications adhere to supplier guidelines and quality standards.
Implement Majid Al Futtaim’s Human Capital policies and maintain compliance with corporate procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a social media analyst or graphic designer, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong creative thinking abilities and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
Experience in video editing and animation to enhance digital storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to design for multiple platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and user engagement strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
