KEDA Ceramics International Ltd is offering a unique opportunity to join our Graduate Trainee Program in the Press & Sanitary Low Pressure Departments. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to develop expertise in the ceramics industry and build a strong foundation for a successful career in mechanical and automotive engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and understand the job responsibilities of each position within the department.
• Work closely with shift leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle all assigned tasks in respective sections while ensuring efficient coordination of duties.
• Follow up on production quality standards and formulation requirements to maintain excellence.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department to support department goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must be a recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new work environments.
• Computer literate and proficient in engineering-related software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and within a shift system.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
