Available Positions
1. Front Office Manager (FOM)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Role Fit: Assistant Front Office Managers (AFOM) managing properties with 250+ rooms are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the African market is a significant advantage.
- Branded Experience: Background in branded hotels is preferred.
2. Food & Beverage Manager (F&B Manager)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Role Fit: Assistant F&B Managers (AF&B) managing 4+ restaurants and bars with banqueting/conferencing facilities for 1,000+ pax are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong organizational and operational capabilities.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the African market is advantageous.
- Branded Experience: Experience in branded hotels is a plus.
Common Requirements for Both Positions:
- International Experience: Mandatory for both roles.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential.
- Age Range: 35–45 years.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joining required.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Manager (FOM)
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage a team of front desk staff and develop training programs to enhance service standards.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational protocols.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimize room reservations, occupancy rates, and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Manager (F&B Manager)
- Lead the operations of multiple restaurants, bars, and banqueting/conferencing facilities.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Supervise menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Organize and oversee events, ensuring all requirements are met seamlessly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expertise in hospitality management systems, particularly Opera PMS (for FOM).
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
