Key Responsibilities:

As an E-Commerce Operations Analyst Intern at Aquantuo, you will be expected to support and contribute to various operational activities, including but not limited to:

1. System Monitoring and Reporting:

• Identify and report any issues with the company website and apps, ensuring prompt attention to resolve any technical problems that may arise.
• Provide regular updates on system performance and highlight any troubleshooting needs to the team.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (email, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, live chat) within a timely manner (15 minutes of receipt).
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their interactions and their queries are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into satisfied users.

3. Order and Request Management:

• Ensure real-time status updates for all client requests across the company’s five service areas.
• Create and track tickets for all reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper communication.
• Follow up on pending tasks and requests, ensuring timely updates and completion.

4. Shipping and Delivery Coordination:

• Oversee the sorting and delivery of items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documents for both imports and exports, adhering to IATA and IAC guidelines.
• Track shipment progress on third-party platforms, providing real-time updates until the shipment reaches its destination country.
• Ensure that packages received from remote offices are intact and delivered as received.
• Facilitate the receipt and processing of exports, ensuring timely delivery to the client.

5. Operational Reporting:

• Prepare and share a daily turnover report with the upcoming shift and management, providing updates on tasks and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service and social media management is a plus.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with an ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
