KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase institutional liability base by actively sourcing new deposit accounts and expanding existing portfolios.
  • Open and manage profitable, non-borrowing accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact point for liability products and deposit-related client inquiries.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams on liability product offerings and banking solutions.
  • Cross-sell relevant financial products to the existing and managed customer base, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns aimed at boosting the liability business segment.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align banking strategies with institutional goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, particularly in SME Banking and Liability Sales.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business-related fields such as Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of general liability products, financial instruments, and banking regulations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve corporate targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
