1. Vacancy for Bus Conductors

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers in boarding and alighting from the bus.
• Ensure that passengers pay the correct fare and issue receipts accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order inside the bus.
• Ensure compliance with NTSA and public transport safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with special needs.
• Report any operational issues to the fleet supervisor.
• Assist in keeping records of daily collections and trip logs.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 35 years or below.
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) accreditation required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Public Service Transport Vehicle Company or a transport Sacco licensed by NTSA.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
• National Youth Service (NYS) trained personnel are encouraged to apply (Added Advantage).
• Diploma graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

2. Vacancy for Bus Drivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive public service vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and NTSA regulations.
• Ensure passenger safety and a smooth ride experience.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the assigned bus.
• Keep accurate trip records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to management.
• Work collaboratively with bus conductors and fleet supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 40 years or below.
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) accreditation required (minimum qualification of C-).
• Valid Driving License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving Public Service Vehicles.
• Proven experience in handling public service passenger buses in Nairobi Metropolitan.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Must be NTSA accredited with a valid PSV License.
• Accident-free record is mandatory.
• National Youth Service (NYS) trained personnel are encouraged to apply (Added Advantage).
• Diploma graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
