Key Responsibilities

As a Brand Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing compelling brand messaging and positioning strategies.
• Utilizing CRM analytics to enhance customer communication and engagement.
• Creating and executing customer engagement plans to foster brand loyalty.
• Handling customer inquiries and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new market opportunities and leading product launch initiatives.
• Optimizing marketing budgets and tracking campaign expenses effectively.
• Analyzing customer trends and campaign performance to refine branding strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Monitoring competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
• Coordinating with designers and content creators to develop impactful brand materials.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in a brand management or customer experience role (Hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique brand positioning strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• A customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail.
