KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase items required by the Administration Department and other units, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary resources to support company operations.
- Issue, record, and requisition administration items, maintaining accurate inventory logs to track usage and availability.
- Supervise cleaners across the company premises, ensuring all areas are properly maintained and meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage visitors’ reception, coordinating a welcoming and efficient process for guests and stakeholders at the facility.
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements for both local and Chinese employees, ensuring comfortable and suitable living conditions.
- Liaise with local food suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met, and follow up on payments to maintain smooth supplier relationships.
- Execute any additional duties assigned by management, adapting to the evolving administrative needs of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution, providing a strong academic foundation for administrative roles.
- Over 2 years of experience in administrative functions, with specific knowledge of purchasing items and general procurement processes, demonstrating practical expertise.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, enabling clear and professional communication across teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, paired with strong analytical skills to manage data and solve administrative challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and visitors.
