KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce hospitality best practices and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt and professional resolution.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
Waiters/Waitresses
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area and ensure proper table settings.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while following all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Offer menu recommendations and assist guests in making informed dining choices.
- Process customer bills and handle payments securely and professionally.
Barman Waiter
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, proper stock levels, and compliance with safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide drink recommendations and enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving policies.
- Process transactions efficiently and maintain an accurate record of sales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the respective role within a 3-star or higher hospitality setting.
- Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage Service or any related Hospitality field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills (essential for the Food and Beverage Supervisor role).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in hospitality.
