Key Responsibilities

As an ICT Assistant III, you will be responsible for:

Implementing ICT policies, strategies, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Collecting and analyzing ICT operational data.
Installing and configuring ICT end-user devices.
Installing, updating, and configuring operating systems and applications.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving network, software, and hardware issues.
Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and peripherals.
Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a Diploma in one of the following fields from a recognized institution:

Computer Science
Information Technology (IT)
Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Computer Engineering
Electronic Engineering
Software Engineering
Business Information Technology
Data Science
Telecommunications Engineering
Cyber Security

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent knowledge of networking, software, and hardware systems.
Ability to work under the guidance of senior professionals and meet deadlines.
Proven experience in ICT support and maintenance.
