VACANCY 1 ⟫ IT Security Manager  — Group ICT Division  (Head Office Nairobi)

Purpose & Scope
Report to Group Head of IT and drive an enterprise‑wide security‑by‑design programme covering infrastructure, cloud, DevSecOps and user awareness. Maintain alignment to ISO 27001, NIST Cyber‑Security Framework (CSF), PCI‑DSS and Kenya‑Data‑Protection Act. Lead incident‑response, red‑team drills and security‑architecture reviews across life, general and medical subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and socialise information‑security strategy, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, PAM and DLP tooling; fine‑tune alert logic and response runbooks.
  • Champion secure SDLC for new insur‑tech initiatives (mobile apps, agent portals, API gateways).
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments, penetration tests and board‑level cyber‑maturity reporting.
  • Coordinate with regulators (IRA, CBK, ODPC) on compliance audits and industry cyber‑drills.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Purpose & Scope

Key Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST

PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Total Reward & Payroll Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with our business objectives and employee value proposition. Reporting to the Total Reward & Payroll Manager, this role ensures compliance, operational excellence, and data accuracy across all reward-related activities.

Purpose & Revenue Mandate
Lead a squad of Marketing Executives to unlock retail premium growth across life, medical and micro‑insurance lines. Drive agency recruitment, sales coaching, pipeline conversion, and NPS‑driven servicing with full regulatory compliance (IRA, AKI codes).

Core Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly new‑business targets and persistency KPIs.
  • Coach executives on solution selling, value‑proposition pitching, CRM utilisation and referral generation.
  • Execute grass‑roots activations, SACCO engagements, SMEs roadshows and digital‑leads follow‑up.
  • Enforce KYC/AML, policy‑issuance SLAs, premium reconciliation and debt‑collection governance.

Candidate Profile
