1. Digital Collections Agent

Department: Retail Banking
Location: Nairobi

Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers whose digital loans have exceeded their repayment period.
Engage and negotiate with clients to create suitable payment plans.
Record all communications, update the system with customer notes, and escalate non-responsive cases.
Achieve recovery targets and ensure portfolio quality.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or customer relationship management.
Knowledge of mobile lending products and digital banking channels.
Good negotiation and communication skills.

2. Property Advisor

Department: HFDI (Real Estate)
Location: Nairobi

Responsibilities:

Identify prospective clients for HFDI real estate products.
Conduct property viewings, explain investment opportunities, and close deals.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competition.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in real estate marketing or sales.

4. HR Officer – Talent Management

Responsibilities:
