Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Plan and organize the transport of materials from overseas and local suppliers to warehouses.
• Manage customs processes by handling broker-related information and ensuring proper documentation.
• Process necessary shipping and shipment-related documents required by local authorities.
• Oversee the delivery of materials from the local warehouse to project sites.
• Coordinate logistics execution with outsourced local logistics providers where applicable.
• Manage the consolidation of local materials for site deliveries.
• Order transportation or additional services from logistics providers as required.
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate posting of logistics costs.
• Oversee tools management by controlling and tracking tool usage and returns.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you need:

• A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a higher qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, focusing on local and international supply lines.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
