Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Fundraising Lead with 7+ years of proven expertise in driving revenue growth through dynamic digital campaigns. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about developing cutting-edge donor strategies, optimizing engagement, and scaling individual donor revenue streams.

This hybrid role requires work to be performed in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with flexibility for candidates based in Rwanda, the United States, or the United Kingdom.

As the Digital Fundraising Lead, your main responsibilities include:

• Design and launch innovative digital campaigns to enhance donor retention and attract new contributors.

• Manage and improve online donation platforms for seamless donor experiences.
• Ensure integration of digital tools with the overall fundraising strategy.

4. Content Creation

• Craft compelling digital content to engage and inspire donors, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive storytelling across all channels.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Use insights to optimize future digital fundraising initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in digital fundraising with a successful track record.
