Key Responsibilities

As the ICT/Media Officer, you will:

• Manage and deliver audio-visual services for all church functions, ensuring high-quality production and seamless execution.
• Oversee the maintenance of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Administer and secure the church’s database and network, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the media team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Coordinate live streaming of church events and maintain the online media presence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ICT and media to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain ICT and media policies, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in ICT systems administration or media technology is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on media and ICT management.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in audio-visual equipment operation and maintenance.
• Expertise in database and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with content management systems and live streaming platforms.

Soft Skills
