KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify business opportunities by researching potential clients and evaluating their needs in the vehicle tracking and fleet management industry.
  • Generate leads and establish relationships with prospects through direct sales, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Promote and sell company products by presenting customized solutions that address customer needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing consistent support, information, and guidance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to company standards and providing prompt customer support.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure that customers receive accurate product information.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of fleet tracking solutions, data analytics, and security systems for vehicle management.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and business networking activities to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A basic undergraduate degree or diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a cheery and outgoing personality.
  • Self-driven and focused individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Well-groomed and presentable, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Knowledge of the local dialect in Nakuru and Kisii is an added advantage.
