KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front Desk Management: Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors. Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and ensure efficient communication at the front desk.
  • Client and Visitor Assistance: Greet clients and visitors, guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel, and coordinate scheduled appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general office administration, including filing, managing office supplies, data entry, and preparing documents for brokers and agents.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, organize meetings, and ensure that all appointments and consultations are effectively coordinated for insurance brokers and agents.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a key point of contact between clients, brokers, and other departments, ensuring clear and timely communication while addressing client needs and requests promptly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns or questions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum Education: Form Four certificate
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be below 25 years old
  • Preferred Qualification: A diploma in secretarial studies will be considered an added advantage
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, brokers, and staff
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor, capable of handling inquiries efficiently
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and manage office activities effectively
