The role focuses on developing and maintaining partnerships across Direct, Broker, Bancassurance, and Affinity channels. As a vital contributor to our growth, you will work closely with Pension Administrators, Brokers, Banks, Affinities, Independent Agencies, and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Formulate and execute sales strategies for Pensions, Income Draw Down, and Group Life products across Direct, Broker, Bancassurance, and Affinity channels.
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive relationship-building with direct clients, Brokers, Banks, Affinities, and Independent Agencies.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities within the Liberty Group, including partnerships with Heritage Insurance.
- Facilitate annual strategic workshops with Group Clients to educate them on industry trends and showcase Liberty’s comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor and ensure the effective introduction and growth of new products in the market.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare comprehensive reports to management on personal and team performance metrics.
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies to achieve optimal product delivery.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Brokers and Independent Agents.
- Conduct product training for partners and clients to enhance support and sales effectiveness.
- Mentor, train, and develop direct reports to ensure continuous growth and achievement of team targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional qualifications in Insurance (ACII, FLMI, or AIIK).
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role focusing on sales and distribution.
- Proven experience managing Brokers and Independent Agents.

- Advanced sales and marketing skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute strategies effectively.
