INTRODUCTION
Jardine HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading IT and printing solutions company that specializes in the sales and placement of HPM880z printers and toners for medium and large corporations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Executive with a proven background in B2B sales and a keen ability to build strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess CRM expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to provide customized business solutions to corporate clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Client Targeting: Identify and qualify high-value corporate clients with a fleet of 10+ printers.
- Cold Outreach & Consultative Sales: Initiate cold calls, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored business solutions to decision-makers.
- Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive the placement of HPM880z printers and toners, ensuring consistent achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, gaining deep insights into their business operations.
- Solution-Based Selling: Understand and address customer pain points, offering customized printing solutions that align with their business goals.
- Post-Sales Engagement & Customer Retention: Deliver excellent after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Odoo CRM or similar platforms.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly update management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience Level: Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or printer industry.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred) or similar systems.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with a persuasive sales approach.
- Age Preference: Candidates 30 years and above are preferred.
