Key Responsibilities
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Leading initiatives in sales and marketing to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, new markets, and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Delivering on targets and reporting regularly to the senior management team on performance and key metrics.
- Representing the organization at high-level business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical business standards.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
- Over five years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success in vibrant sales and marketing environments.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
