Key Responsibilities for Each Role

1. Accountant

• Manage the hotel’s financial records, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly/annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and audits.
• Use accounting software for accurate record-keeping.

2. Stock Controller

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and control costs.
• Maintain an organized storage system for all hotel supplies.

3. Manager

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and manage staff across various departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.

4. Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills
